Xilog Plus is SCM Group’s CNC programming and machine interface software for its Morbidelli and other SCM machining centers. Built for woodworking and related materials, it provides an intuitive environment to create, edit, and run programs for drilling, routing, pocketing, grooving, and sawing. Users can combine ISO-style commands with a library of parametric macros, making it easy to produce part families and standardize operations.
The software includes graphical toolpath previews, tool and aggregate management, and support for vacuum pods and clamps to help streamline setup and reduce errors. It offers real-time machine status and diagnostics on the operator console and supports batch execution for production workflows. Depending on configuration, Xilog Plus can import CAD drawings such as DXF and exchange data with nesting and production management systems. Running on Windows-based machine PCs and tightly integrated with SCM controls, Xilog Plus is a reliable, shop-floor-friendly solution for programming and operating SCM CNC routers and drilling centers.
